Delightfully fresh, delicate nose of crushed raspberries and ripe summer fruits which find their way into the palate to balance the crisp, light body and refreshing length, displaying the hallmark qualities of a fine drinking blush.

Matches best with dark fleshed fish, salamis, grilled or roasted poultry, rabbit and especially spicy dishes and is perfect for a glass with a light lunch.

Winemaking Notes
100% Gaglioppo grown in clayey, calcareous soils. Harvested at the end of September with a yield of 52 hl/ha. Modern winemaking methods of pressing and destemming are used and the fermentation temperature is kept cool at around 20°C with a period of 12 hours' maceration.
