Fantastic sweet wine from the rare Vespaiola grape variety.

Tasting Notes
Brilliant golden yellow colour. Intense bouquet of honey, flowers, vanilla. Luscious sweet and full taste, fine body and excellent balance between acidity, alcohol and sugars; leaves a long impression and a clear palate.

Winemaking Notes
Selected bunches of grapes hung to dry until January. Fermentation in steel, ageing in French oak barriques (one third new) for 12 months followed by 6 months in bottle prior to release.
