Award winning wine:
4* Decanter magazine

The famous Barolo produced from Nebbiolo grapes grown on hills overlooking Serralunga d'Alba. And from a skillful young producer too. This wine is beginning to drink well now (Q4 2007) and will continue to develop over many years. Decanter Magazine has recommended this wine.

Tasting Notes
Good body, red colour with garnet reflex, wonderful scent of rose. In the mouth is pleasantly with a soft tannin taste and persistent too. It’s a really well balanced wine, round, the tannins are never aggressive and for that it guarantees good drinkability.

Matching
It matches red meat, braised dishes, four-legged game and aged cheese.

Winemaking Notes
The grapes are hand selected on the vine. Following initial pressing, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (28-30°C) in steel vats. The maceration is 9 days long. Malolactic fermentation takes place in November.
