Tasting Notes
Deep dark red in the glass. Beautiful perfumed spicyness on the nose. Dense and heavy initially on the palate; lengthens with spicy blackberry and red berry tones. Long satisfying finish with some well-balanced tannins indicating ageing potential.

Winemaking Notes
Only 3 barriques make less than 1,000 bottles of this special red wine. After 1 year in barrique it then matures in bottle for 3 years prior to release.
