2007 Bidibi IGT

  • Qty    Single bottle: £11.75
  • Qty    Case of 6: £67.50

Formerly known as Breganze di Breganze DOC, this great white wine has changed name to the more catchy "Bidibi".

Previously made from 85% Tocai Friulano grapes (sorry, that should be just Friulano, not then but now, oh whatever) the winemaker decided to change the mix of grapes comprising this delicious white wine and so fell foul of local DOC rules. Still blended with Sauvignon Blanc, this IGT wine displays great flavour and balance.

Tasting Notes
Intense aroma of ripe pears and summer flowers. Lovely and round on the palate with a clean, very long mineral finish. Distinctive and hugely enjoyable.

Winemaking Notes
Selected grapes from vineyards comprising volcanic soils. Soft pressing, followed by fermentation and ageing in steel vats for 4 months.
