Tasting Notes
Pleasantly strong, dry, harmonic, very well-balanced, intense, with scent of red-berries, vanilla, coffee beans and cacao; great finishing.

Meat, BBQ, hunting game, cheese. It’s also appreciated as an after-dinner drink.

Winemaking Notes
It takes one year of small oak barrel-ageing to refine.
