2004 Barbera d'Asti DOC Superiore Mora di Sassi

Ripe, multi-faceted, amazing Barbera. This is an extremely elegant wine, another masterpiece from the awarded oenologist Giuliano Noe.

Tasting Notes
Deep ruby red with typical purple hues. sweet, complex and fruity nose with scent of strawberries, vanilla, coffee beans and cacao. The palate is rich of ripe fruit, velvety, spicy. Great elegant finish.

Food Matching
Highly recommended with fine seasonal mediterranean cuisine, also appreciated as an after dinner drink.
Serving temperature 18°C.

Winemaking Notes
It takes one year of small oak barrel-ageing to refine.
