Tasting Notes
Straw-yellow colour; delicate and elegant perfumes with notes of white flowers and tropical fruits; dry taste with a good structure and sapidity; the aftertaste is pleasantly fine.

Matching
Seafood salads, spaghetti with mussels, fisherman risotto; good also with white meats.

Winemaking Notes
After a brief cold maceration of about 12-24 hours, the grapes are soft pressed and the must continues the fermentation at a controlled temperature. When the fermentation is complete, the wine is decanted in small stainless steel vats and left to rest. After bottling, the wine rests for a month before being ready for the market.
