Tasting Notes
Light salmon pink in colour; long-lasting perlage of fine bubbles. Complex, lively and fruit-forward bouquet, generous wild berry and ripe fruit over aromas of yeast and crusty bread. The pinot noir gives the wine warmth, body and good structure. Rich silkiness on the palate with full flavour in the mouth.

Matching
Enjoy with a wide variety of shellfish or cured-meat antipasti, as well as with main courses, even full-flavoured sauces and meat dishes. It is an excellent accompaniment to desserts with a touch of crisp acidity (with strawberries or plums), with fresh-fruit cups, and with medium-mature cheese.
