2006 Lacryma Christi del Vesuvio DOC Bianco

A wine with a prestigious name and a history entwined with legend. God cried as he found a corner of heaven stolen by Lucifer and, where his tears fell close to the beauty of the Bay of Naples, there grew the Lacryma Christi vines.

The grape, Coda di Volpe, refers to the foxtail shape of the grape bunches and is a typical grape of the area.

Tasting Notes
Straw yellow colour with an intense and fruity nose of white peach. Dry and balanced on the palate with a persistent mineral finish.
