NV Postumio Brut Oltrepo' Pavese DOC

POSTUMIO: the name cames from ancient roman culture and its society. Postumia was a road that Consul Spurio Postumio Albino built in 148 AD and which nowadays links a few towns of northern Italy: Aquileia, Verona, Cremona, Piacenza, Casteggio, Tortona and Genova.

Tasting Notes
The froth is persistent and wide, the perlage is delicate and continuous. The colour is soft straw yellow with bright highlights. Good intensity with golden apple and dried fruit aromas. Tthe taste is fresh, strong but delicate.

Food Matching
Excellent  aperitif, it is very good with shellfish, risotto with crab or shrimps.
Serving temperature: 8°C.

Winemaking Notes
Traditional method. Fermentation: minimum in bottle for 18 months.
