Great version of the well-known refreshing Prosecco. As aperitif or with starters enjoy this bubbly and lively wine. A quite lovely and elegant example.

Tasting Notes
Straw-coloured, brilliant, with a persistent froth and extra fine perlage. It is dry, full-bodied, fresh and pleasantly fruity.

Food Matching
Great as aperitif and with starters and soups.

Winemaking Notes
After a maceration at a strictly controlled low temperature the
fermentation is carried out at 14° C  in stainless steel tanks.
