Lovey fresh and vibrant white wine from Sicily.

The Grillo grapes are grown in the hilly areas in the province of Trapani in western Sicily. The vineyards are planted on moderately loose, calcareous soils at an altitude of 180m above sea level.

Tasting Notes
Light straw yellow in colour, it has a rich bouquet of tropical fruit with notes of apricots and peaches. Full and round on the palate with a lovely balancing acidity and a long perfumed finish.

Winemaking Notes
100% Grillo grapes harvested by hand at the end of August/early September. The carefully selected grapes were cold macerated for 12 hours at 8°C, soft pressed and cold decanted. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at 18-20°C, after which the wine remained on its lees for one month.
