2006 Bonarda Oltrepo' Pavese DOC Dolium

Tasting Notes
Intense and strong ruby red colour. Intense and vinous perfume, with little red fruit nuances. Firm and soft taste, with wild berry aromas.

Food Matching
Cooked and raw cold cuts. Exellent with the typical "Bollito Misto Pavese" (mixed boiled meats from Pavia).
