This organically produced yellow Muscat from the Trentino area of NE Italy is a delight. Clear crisp flavour with a deliciously more-ish finish. High up in the Adige river valley in the Dolomites, the grapes are prevented from taking on their usual sweet characteristics but instead leave a lovely delicate flavour in the mouth. 

Tasting Notes
Golden yellow colour reminding honey; harmonious and aromatic nose; lovely acidity well integrated in the structure. Big freshness and persistence, smooth and velvety in the finish.

Matching
It is a great aperitivo and it can accompany desserts. Serve at 8-10°C.

Winemaking Notes
Manual harvest, followed by the grapes withering during the next 3 months. 2 months of fermentation and then ageing in bottle for 8-9 months.
