Winemaking Notes
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Aged in new barriques and tonneaux for 18 months then other 18 months in bottle.

Pulignano is the highest of the estates belonging to Fattoria Bibbiani. It is delimited by the wall of Barco Reale Mediceo, warmed by the sun from dawn to sunset and it is located in that small area of land and stones between Vinci and Artimino, immortalised by Redi in the poem "Bacco in Toscana".
From its vineyards, experience and passion of men and the thousand year old-tradition of Montalbano obtain a great Tuscan of absolutely superior quality. To respect its character, they leave it to age for a long time, to offer it, after a few years, with the name of the vineyard where it was born, to whom can distinguish wine from wine.
