Tasting Notes
Intense ruby red; very intense and persistent nose, with notes of soices and fruit; full-bodied, smooth and warm in the palate.

Winemaking Notes
The percentage of the different grapes varies pending to the years.
Temperature-controlled fermentation in small stainless steel tanks with a 15-16 days skin maceration at 28-30 Celsius degrees. Malolactic fermentation also takes place. It ages 18-20 months in barriques. Further bottle maturation for a minimum of 6 months.
