Organic and Biodynamic
This familiar favourite offers something different when produced by this master craftsman of Venezia Giulia, Pierpaolo Pecorari. Pierpaolo works his land near Gorizia, in the north-east of the country close to the border with Croatia.
Tasting Notes
Ruby red colour; flowery perfume; blackberries in the taste.

Poultry, game, white and red meats; fresh and aromatic cheese.
Winemaking Notes
Fermentation and maceration for 6-8 days in steel vats at a temperature of 25-30°C; malolactic fermentation totally carried out. Aged in wooden barrels for 8 months before release to market.
