This wine shows how good Montepulciano d'Abruzzo can be.

From vineyards over 200 metres above sea level, the wine is matured in small oak barrels which gives it added depth and concentration.

Marina Cvetic is the name of the widow of the founder, Gianni Masciarelli, and she has full control of the production of this beautiful wine.

Tasting Notes
Clear deep ruby red in colour with garnet hints. Fruity and flowery on the nose. Spicy flavour of ripe red berries and blackberries, violet notes, vanilla and dark chocolate. Serve at 16-18°C.

Matching
Steak fillets, barbecued meats, roasted red meats.

Winemaking Notes
Harvest in October. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature of 28-30°C for over 15 days. Maceration on skins for over 20 days. Maturation for 36 months including new French oak barriques for 14 months.
