Wonderfully elegant and flavoursome Sauvignon Blanc from this biodynamic winemaker, working close to the eastern border with Slovenia.

Pierpaolo Pecorari converted to biodynamic winemaking some years ago. His wines always had unique character and now this is accentuated by his entirely natural winemaking methods. No chemical pesticides or fertilizers are used in the vineyard, and only natural products are used in the winery. The results are quite remarkable.

Tasting Notes
Bright yellow colour with greenish hue. Lovely green summer scents on the nose, wet grasses, none of the unpleasant odours sometimes found in Sauvignon Blanc. Fresh and flavourful on the palate, vibrant greenguages and limes. Smooth and lasting finish.

Salmon and stronger seafood dishes, salads and poultry.

Winemaking Notes
Grapes are a selection of the best from Pierpaolo's vineyards. Vinified in steel vats only.
