Returns Policy

You may cancel your order for any reason up to and including 7 days from the date of delivery of your order, provided all the bottles are unopened and intact. We will refund the cost of the order within 30 days from the date of cancellation; however we will make a charge for subsequent collection.

In the event we have to substitute wines for a later vintage or an alternative of equal or greater value, we will make efforts to contact you in order to gain your agreement. If our attempts to contact you fail and if you are not satisfied with any substitutions you receive, we will arrange collection at our cost.

Claims for non-delivery must be made within 21 days of your order date.

Amordivino is proud to offer a money-back guarantee. In the unlikely event that you do not enjoy the wine you have ordered, you can return the case within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your money for the remaining bottles.

Any complaint is taken very seriously and we endeavour to respond to complaints as soon as possible.
