Prep Time:20 min
Cooking Time:5 min
Difficulty:Intermediate
Ingredients
200gr white flour
A pinch of salt
Cold beer
Sage leaves
Olive oil
Method
Blend the flour with a pinch of salt and as much cold beer as necessary to obtain a fluid batter. Heat the olive oil in a pan and when it is hot enough to fry (basically as soon as it starts to smoke), dip the sage leaves in the batter and put them in the pan. When the leaves take colour, remove them from the pan and dry them with kitchen paper. Serve hot.
