Ingredients
300g strawberries
100g feta cheese
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
a few walnuts
Method
Liquidise 50g of very ripe strawberries in a food processor with the balsamic vinegar. Wash and dry the remaining strawberries, place them in a bowl a cover with the juice. Let the strawberries to marinate for about 30 minutes, delicately stirring every now and then. Place the strawberries with their juice in individual bowls, cut the feta cheese in little cubes, add them to the strawberries and decorate the bowls with the walnuts.
