Ingredients
200g linguine pasta
200g rocket
1 garlic clove
20g pine kernels
marjoram
thyme
salt
4 tbsp of olive oil
grated Parmesan
Method
Cook pasta in salted boiling water. In the meantime, put rocket, marjoram, thyme, garlic, pine kernels and the olive oil in a food processor and blend. Drain the pasta and dress it with the rocket pesto. Sprinkle with abundant grated parmesan. Serve and enjoy!
