Ingredients
600g prawns
600g crab
100g shrimps
100g onion
200g leeks
200g tomatoes
100g carrots
1 chilly
3 garlic cloves
3 bay leaves
thyme
100g flour
1 glass dry white wine
vegetable broth
Method

Slightly pan fry onions, leeks and carrots, chilly, garlic, bay leaves and thyme, all previously finely chopped. Add the flour and the wine.Keep cooking for few minutes, then add the tomatoes, the shrimps, the prawns and the crabs. Add the broth. Cook for about 30 minutes on a slow heat. When it is cooked, mix everything with a blender and serve hot.
