Ingredients
8 chicken breast escalopes
8 slices of speck
2 sage leaves
1 cup of cream
salt and pepper
3 tbsp of olive oil
Method
Pound the chicken escalopes until they are thin. Lay a slice of speck on eack chicken escalope then close with a wooden toothpick. Heat the olive oil in a pan and, when sizzling, add the meat rolls. Let them brown on each side. Cook for about 10 minutes then add the cream and cook for 10 minutes more. Serve with hot mashed potatoes.
