Ingredients
1kg potatoes
2½ cups of flour
salt
Method

Boil the unpeeled potatoes in salted water. Drain and peel while the potatoes are still hot. Spread some flour on a work table, mash the potatoes, dropping them directly on the flour. Mix lightly being careful not to add too much flour. The mixture should remain soft but not sticky. Roll the mixture on the table lightly, to create a roll of about 2 cm. Cut the roll into pieces about  2 cm long. Press each piece with a fork, making ridges. Boil in water for about 3-4 minutes. Serve with tomato sauce or any other preferred sauce.
