Ingredients
400g linguine or spaghetti pasta
60g bacon
1 onion
40g butter
1 glass of white sparkling wine
2 tbsp of cream
40g grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
Method
Melt the butter in a pot. Add onion and bacon, finely chopped. Add the wine, let it evaporate on a high heat. Add the cream, salt and pepper, stir and cook for few minutes. Cook pasta, drain and dress it with the sauce and the grated parmesan.
