2 large fennel bulbs
2 large oranges
2 tbsp of olive oil
salt
Method
Wash the fennel bulbs and finely cut them. Peel the oranges and slice them. Be careful to keep all the juice. Arrange fennels and oranges in a bowl and dress with the olive oil and the orange juice from the slicing. Season with salt.
