Ingredients
1 kg spinach
sultanas
pine kernels
2 tbsp of olive oil and salt
Method

Put the sultanas in a bowl with hot water. Wash the spinach, drain and place them in a pan with 2 tbsp of olive oil not too hot. Cook on a low heat, add salt and stir regularly, adding some oil if needed. When almost cooked, add the sultanas and pine kernels to the spinach. Cook for a further 5 minutes and then serve warm.
