Ingredients
Sea bass fillets
Broth
150g parsley
50g olive oil
4 lemons
maize
coarse salt
Method

Lay the lemon slices on a plate, alternating a layer of lemon and a layer of coarse salt.  Boil the parsley, cool it in iced water and blend it with the oil, the broth and the maize in a food processor. Put the lemon slices on an oven dish. Put the sea bass fillets on the lemon and cook in the oven at 180ºC for about 10 minutes then serve.
