Ingredients
400g rigatoni pasta
1 broccolo
1 garlic clove
parsley
olive oil
grated pecorino cheese
chilli
salt and black pepper
Method
Clean the broccoli, cut it in pieces and boil it in salted water. Drain it, but keep the water to cook pasta. Finely chop the parsley and the garlic and slightly fry them in olive oil with some chilli. Take the chilli out of the pan with a spoon, then add the broccoli and stir. Cook the pasta in the water used to boil the broccoli, then drain them and pour in the pan with the vegetables. Serve adding some grated pecorino cheese and black pepper.
