Ingredients
400g penne pasta
500g tinned tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
chilli
parsley
olive oil
salt
Method
Heat 5 tbsp of olive oil in a pan with the garlic and the chilli. Take the garlic out of the pan with a spoon when it starts to become brown. Add the chopped tomatoes and salt. Cook for about 15 minutes. Cook pasta, drain it and pour it in the pan with the sauce. Cook on a very high heat for few minutes. Put on the plates and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
