400g spaghetti
rocket
80g walnuts
1 garlic clove
olive oil
grated Parmesan
salt and pepper
Method
Chop the rocket. Chop the garlic with 40 gr of walnuts. Put everything in a bowl with 4 tbsp of olive oil, salt, pepper and mix very well. Cook spaghetti, drain and dress them with the rocket and walnuts sauce. Add the remaining walnuts and the cheese.
