Ingredients
500gr pumpkin
3 eggs
100 gr medium pecorino cheese
250 ml cream
10 gr butter
green pepper
nutmeg
salt
Method
Cut the pumpkin in cubes and steam for about 20 minutes; place it in a food processor with salt, cream, eggs, the grated cheese and the green pepper and blend all the ingredients. Butter a mould and pour the mixture in it. Place the mould in a container filled with water and cook in the preheated oven at 180 for about 40 minutes. Place the flan in a service dish and decorate with basil leaves.
