Ingredients
1 small melon
1 small watermelon (or half)
2 oranges
10 amaretti bisquits
handful of tulips
Method
Peel a ripe melon, de-seed it and, using a scoop, cut into little balls. Place the balls in a bowl. Do the same with a small watermelon. Squeeze 2 oranges and pour the juice in the bowl. Crumble the biscuits in the bowl. Put the bowl in the fridge. At the moment to serve the fruit salad, sprinkle it with a handful of tulip petals, previously broken in small pieces, possibly of different colours. Serve without stirring.
