Ingredients
100g lettuce,100g chicory,100g lamb lettuce,30g rocket,30g watercress
1 baby courgette, 1 carrot
3 tbsp corn
1 green apple
3 tbsp of olive oil, salt, 1 lemon juice
2 handfuls mixed petals such as poppies, cornflower, and daisies.
Method
Clean and break up the salad leaves into small pieces. Add the courgette finely sliced and the carrot a la juilienne. Add the corn and the apple cut in little cubes. Dress with a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice and salt. Mix well and then add the flowers just before serving.
