Ingredients
6 eggs
grated Parmesan
flowers (pumpkin, calendula, mallow, borragine)
salt and pepper
Method
Beat the eggs with 6 half shells of water, the parmesan, salt and pepper.
Line an oven tray with oven paper ad lay the flowers. Pour the egg mixture and cook in a pre-heated oven at 180ºC until the eggs will be thickened.
