Ingredients
400g spaghetti
4tbsp olive oil
black olive oils
capers
400g ripe tomatoes
anchovies
1 crushed garlic clove
chilly
salt
chopped parsley
Method
Chop the anchovies. Peel the tomatoes and cut them into small chunks. Pour the oil in a warmed pan and add the garlic and the chilly cut in little pieces. Cover. Cook over medium heat until the garlic browns. Remove garlic and add the anchovies. Add tomatoes, olives and capers (well washed). Stir and let it cook for about 7-10 minutes. Taste the sauce for seasoning. Cook the spaghetti and, when ready, toss them in the pan with the sauce. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Stir well and serve.
