Ingredients
8 eggs
8 sage leaves
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
4tbsp milk
salt and pepper
2 tsp olive oil
Method
Mix the eggs in a bowls. Chop the sage leaves and add them to the eggs with the breadcrums, the milk and a little salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a shallow and wide pan and add the egg mixture. Cook both the sides of the frittata.
When it is ready, remove from the heat and let it rest. When it is cold, cut it in triangles and serve.
