Ingredients
3 oranges
1 lemon
200g fructose
300g ground almonds
6 eggs
2tsp baking powder
2tbsp of grape seeds oil
Method
Simmer the oranges in a saucepan filled with water for about 30 minutes. Take the oranges out of the water and let them cool. Cut the oranges in half and remove any pips. Blend them in a food processor with all the other ingredients except the oil. Oil a tin and dust it with fructose. Pour in the mixture and put in the preheated to 170C oven for about 70 minutes. When the cake is ready, remove from the oven and let it cool, before transferring it to a serving dish.
