Ingredients
1 tin of cannellini beans
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
4 tbsp of olive oil
2 garlic cloves
sage
salt and pepper
Method

Slightly pan-fried the garlic cloves, gently pressed, and the sage with the olive oil.
Add the chopped tomatoes. Cook for 10 minutes. Wash the beans with hot water, drain them and add them to the tomato sauce. Stir, adding a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook for further 15 minutes and tyen serve hot.
