Ingredients
2 garlic cloves
10-15 walnuts
1 tbsp of cream
150-200g of cheese (Fontina Valdostana is the best option)
4 slices of bread
salt

Method
Boil the garlic cloves in milk or water for about 20 minutes then mix them with the walnuts, the cream and a little salt in a food processor. Cut the cheese in little cubes and put them on the slices of bread then add a tsp of the garlic and walnuts mixture. Grill in the oven until the cheese is completely melted. Decorate each slice with a walnut and chive. Serve hot.
