Intense yellow colour; complex aroma of mint and aromatic herbs; full, buttery flavour with hints of vanilla mint.

Winemaking Notes
Fermentation in barriques at a temperature of 24-28 Celsius degrees; malolactic fermentation totally completed; refined on the fine lees for 10 months; it rests in bottle for 8 months.
It improves over time; cellaring capability of 8-10 years.
