The hugely popular wines made from Pinot Grigio grapes can vary enormously in quality. This one won't disappoint with its typically crisp yet fruity floral flavours.
This grape varietal features berries with a copper-coloured skin that give a very sweet must. The vinification process produces white wines which exhibit their best characteristics while young, when the wine's fineness is underlined by its elegant body.
The producer, Vivallis, is the name for a co-operative of growers in the Trentino-Alto Adige region of north-eastern Italy. With attention to detail in the winery they are producing some great value yet quality wines using grape varieties suited to this unique environment.
