Lovely elegant white wine from an unusual grape variety formerly known as Tocai Friulano. Pierpaolo will not stop in his search for the very best.

Already certified organic, Pierpaolo Pecorari converted to biodynamic winemaking some years ago. His wines always had unique character and now this is accentuated by his entirely natural winemaking methods. No chemical pesticides or fertilisers are used in the vineyard, and only natural products are used in the winery. The results are quite remarkable.

The Tocai Friulano grape variety will be referred to only as Friulano in years to come. The EU decided that consumers would be confused by the sweet Hungarian Tokai grape variety. Pierpaolo's wine is distinctly dry and elegant.

Tasting Notes
Light bright straw colour in glass; gentle fragrance of elderflower and notes of lychees. Smooth elegance in the mouth, long-lasting finish.

Great with fish dishes and delicate white meats.
