Here is a selection of our wines which have recently been commended in the press and the wines that we took to The Wine Show in Islington, London, held 22nd-25th October. Our lovely Lugana was of such interest to the Sunday Telegraph wine writer, Susy Atkins, that she presented this delicious white wine to tasters in the Wine Theatre. Meanwhile, The Observer's Tim Atkin and fellow wine critic Robert Joseph beat a path to the Amordivino stand to taste the fabulous Vignantica Aglianico.

Ruby red with garnet hints; velvety, smooth, dry taste.
Matching
Game, grilled red meat and mature cheeses.
Winemaking Notes
The making of this excellent wine starts from the constant pruning of the vines, which guarantees a high quality product even in less favourable years. The grapes are carefully selected by hand during the harvest. The winemaking happens at controlled temperatures.
Rosso di Montalcino has a maturing process of 18 months rather than the 4-year minimum of Brunello. When bottled, the wine is further refined for a few months prior to release.
