Le Mandolare
A grape, a hill and a cellar represent the brand-image since they symbolise the fundamental elements of this winery's work and passion. The name "Le Mandolare" comes from the best vineyard, called such due to the Soave wine's famous flavour which hints at almond, or mandorla in Italian. In the very middle of the sweet hills of the Soave area this farm has been making wine for longer than half a century, growing and harvesting grapes in its lands in Brognoligo, Castelcerino, Monteforte e Fittà.
