Foradori
Elisabetta Foradori does not compromise when it comes to making the best possible wines from the Teroldego grape variety, indigenous to her native region of Trentino in the north of Italy. Mezzolombardo is a town set in the Campo Rotaliano, a wide valley beneath the rocky outcrops of the Dolomites, and from their villa-cum-winery set in this beautiful countryside the Foradori family has been producing wine for eight decades. After more than 20 years of quality enhancement, Elisabetta herself understands that good wine is the fruit of knowledge and patience. The fine expression of the Teroldego grape here takes on two forms. The Foradori wine is marked by the purity and dignity of the fruit, while the Granato is of greater strength, depth and nobility.
