For more than 700 years the Frescobaldi family by tradition has participated actively in the culture, commerce, finance, and history of Italy, in particular Tuscany. From as far back as 30 generations the Frescobaldi families have undertaken wine production, conjugating a happy tradition, with experience and innovation. Today many family members work in the company. Marchesi de Frescobaldi one of Italy’s leading producers of quality wines, owns the largest expanse of vineyards in Tuscany, with 1000 hectares and nine estates.
